REFUND POLICY
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at contact@jodcosmetics.com .
To help us process your request quickly, please specify:
- The reason for the return
- Whether you are requesting an exchange or a refund
For exchange requests in mainland France, delivery costs for the new order are offered. Outside mainland France, shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the order date. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a shipping provider with tracking, as we cannot accept claims for lost returns without tracking information.
To help us process your return as quickly as possible, we also recommend notifying us by email at contact@jodcosmetics.com .
Returned products are accepted only if they are:
- In their original packaging
- Unused
- In perfect condition
If a return is refused by JOD, the item will be returned to the customer at JOD’s expense, without any right to compensation.
