REFUND POLICY

If you wish to return an item to us, send us an email to contact@jodcosmetics.com to notify us. So that we can process your request quickly, please specify the reason for the return and whether it is an exchange or refund request. Please note that if this is an exchange request, the delivery costs of the exchange order will be offered to you only for delivery in Metropolitan France. If this is an exchange request outside mainland France, the delivery costs of the new order remain the responsibility of the Customer.

Returns/exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the order date and shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend that you opt for a transport provider with a tracking number, otherwise we will not accept any complaints.

Furthermore, so that your return is processed as quickly as possible, we advise you to also report it by email to contact@jodcosmetics.com.

A returned product will only be accepted if it is in its original packaging, intact and unused.

If the item is refused by JOD, it is returned to the Customer at JOD's expense without the Customer being able to demand any compensation whatsoever.
