DELIVERIES AND RETURNS

The order is validated once payment has been accepted by JOD.
JOD undertakes to honor orders received, only within the limits of available stocks.

Deliveries in Metropolitan France

All orders placed Monday through Thursday will be shipped the next day. For all orders placed from Friday to Sunday evening or on public holidays, the order will be shipped the following business day.

We work with Colissimo and Mondial Relay and our delivery times are 3 to 10 working days. Delivery costs are free for purchases over 70 euros for all deliveries in mainland France.

Delivery times are the sole responsibility of the Carriers and under no circumstances can JOD be held liable in the event of non-compliance with delivery times.

Deliveries to European Union countries

All orders placed Monday through Thursday will be shipped the next day. For all orders placed from Friday to Sunday evening or on public holidays, the order will be shipped the following business day.

We work with Colissimo and with DHL in express mode.

Below 75 euros of purchase, shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Costs and times vary depending on destinations.

We do not deliver to countries outside the European Union and the Overseas Territories.

Returns

If you wish to return an item to us, send us an email to contact@jodcosmetics.com to notify us. So that we can process your request quickly, please specify the reason for the return and whether it is an exchange or refund request. Please note that if this is an exchange request, the delivery costs of the exchange order will be offered to you only for delivery in Metropolitan France. If this is an exchange request outside mainland France, the delivery costs of the new order remain the responsibility of the Customer.

Returns/exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the order date and shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend that you opt for a transport provider with a tracking number, otherwise we will not accept any complaints.

In addition, so that your return is processed as quickly as possible, we advise you to also report it by email to contact@jodcosmetics.com.

A returned product will only be accepted if it is in its original packaging, intact and unused. You must include with your shipment: the product, the order number concerned by the return and your contact details.

If the item is refused by JOD, it is returned to the Customer at JOD's expense without the Customer being able to demand any compensation whatsoever.
