DELIVERIES AND RETURNS

Deliveries in Metropolitan France

The order is validated once payment has been accepted by JOD. JOD undertakes to honor orders received only within the limits of available stock.

All orders placed Monday through Thursday will be shipped the next day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday evening or on public holidays will be shipped the following business day.

We work with Colissimo and Mondial Relay. Delivery times are 3 to 10 working days. Delivery is free for purchases over €70 in mainland France.

Delivery times are the sole responsibility of the carriers. Under no circumstances can JOD be held liable for delivery delays.

Deliveries to European Union Countries

All orders placed Monday through Thursday will be shipped the next day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday evening or on public holidays will be shipped the following business day.

We work with Colissimo and DHL Express.

For orders under €75, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

We do not deliver outside the European Union or to Overseas Territories.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at contact@jodcosmetics.com .

To help us process your request quickly, please specify:

  • The reason for the return
  • Whether you are requesting an exchange or a refund

For exchange requests in mainland France, delivery costs for the new order are offered. Outside mainland France, shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the order date. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a shipping provider with tracking, as we cannot accept claims for lost returns without tracking information.

Returned products are accepted only if they are:

  • In their original packaging
  • Unused
  • In perfect condition

Please include in your return parcel:

  • The product(s)
  • Your order number
  • Your contact details

If a return is refused by JOD, the item will be sent back at JOD’s expense, without any right to compensation.
