Meeting with Philippine Darblay: Journalist specializing in the art of living

Posted by JOD Paris on

Can you introduce yourself?
I am Philippine Darblay, a journalist specializing in cooking and the art of living. I work mainly for Madame Figaro , and my passion is to discover and help others discover new places. This can be restaurants, gyms, or hotels like the Balzac, where we are today for this interview.

What are your upcoming projects?
I would like to explore the field of documentaries and invest myself more in writing. These are projects that take time, but I hope to be able to realize them in the years to come.

What is your beauty routine?
My routine is very simple. I don't necessarily wash my face every day, because I don't feel the need. Sometimes I exfoliate lightly, but not too much, because I have very thin skin. Then I always apply a serum and a face cream.

Why did you choose JOD?
First of all, I was struck by the packaging of JOD, which is very cheerful. In a world of beauty that is often too serious and dull, it is refreshing to see so much color. In particular, I particularly appreciate solid products, even if they are sometimes misunderstood and require people to get used to a new way of consuming. The cleansing milky oil won me over with its ease of use and its delicate orange blossom scent. It took me back to my childhood, in a good way.
